Birth Certificate Online Copy Birth Registration Certificate (BRC) Online Birth and Death Registration Information System (BDRIS) allows citizens of Bangladesh to apply for Online Birth Registration Certificate (BRC) through Bangladesh Embassy in Stockholm. Citizens of Bangladesh who do not have online birth registration certificate can apply for birth registration online.
